The fruit of a tree of mythic proportion, the olive, along with aromatic red cherry pepper, put together these two celebrate both Spanish and Mediterranean regional food. The traditonal martini garnish, our handstuffed natural pimento green olives also make a nifty martini butter when diced finely and added to softened unsalted butter along with a touch of vermouth and lemon zest, absolutely incredible on grilled fish! Or make a quick picadillo with a handful of our olives, chopped, added to sauted ground beef, onion, and garlic, just stir in some tomato sauce, and voila! Serve with tortillas.
