Ingredients:
1 cup Soysauce
1 10 oz. jar of E. Waldo Ward's Ginger Marmalade
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp minced garlic
6 pounds pork spareribs cut into individual ribs
For best results,
spareribs should be marinated at least 12 hours for tenderness.
Directions:

Mix first
4 ingredients in large bowl with a whisk.

Add ribs
and mix to coat.

Transfer
ribs to a 15x10x2 inch glass baking dish, cover and refrigerate
over night (turn occasionally).

Place two
racks in oven, one in center and the other in top third, and preheat
oven to 350F.

Line 2 large
roasting pans with foil. Place racks in pans.

Transfer
ribs from marinade to racks.

Roast ribs
until golden brown, very tender and well glazed, rotating pans halfway
through roasting and basting frequently with marinade, about 1 1/2
hours.

Serve warm
or at room temperature.
