Ingredients:
2 teaspoons E. Waldo Ward Strawberry Preserves
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of E. Waldo Ward Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Place preserves in a medium bowl and whisk in vinegar then extra-virgin olive oil.
2 Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
