From the very beginning when Edwin Waldo Ward began making marmalade in 5 gallon pots on 100 gas stoves behind his home in Sierra Madre, we have strived to bring you and your customers quality products to sell in your store. | How to Open an E. Waldo Ward Wholesale Account |
| If you are interested in opening an E. Waldo Ward & Son wholesale account, please contact us at 800.355.WARD or email wholesale@waldoward.com. We are available M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm PT.

| First Order Minimums |
| The minimum on the initial order is $300.00. Subsequent orders have a minimum of 3 dozen. E. Waldo Ward can split a case for a fee of $1.00 per case (no less than half dozen of one item). We will need a copy of your State Resale Certificate prior to the first order.

| Terms |
|
Initial order must be prepaid by M/C, Visa, American Express or Discover. Terms of Net 30 days may be granted upon approval of credit and the customer must be in business for more than one year. Credit limits are determined by payment history and credit may be revoked at any time. Credit is not granted automatically. Any returned check will be forwarded to a collection agency.
Shipping is from Sierra Madre, California and shipping rates are added to the invoice. Prices of items are f.o.b. factory (Sierra Madre). You must report any discrepancies with our office within 7 days. Inspect all items upon receipt and note any damage with the carrier. Hold any damaged merchandise for 3-5 days after receipt for UPS inspection (if required). Any returns without prior authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

| Sample Program |
| E. Waldo Ward & Son provides one free sample for each 5 dozen of the same item purchased (on most products). Customer must request samples on the order form. Samples are marked accordingly.
