Kadota figs are unique because they are lighter in color than your typical "black mission" fig. They are a golden, yellowish, white fig This special fruit has a history that dates back as far as 1000 BC, and beholds as much flavor and healthful qualities as it does significance in the Old World. These figs are grown by a local farmer in Hemet, California. They are pickled whole and can be used as a condiment served along with a gourmet meal.
