Plums, originally cultivated in ancient Mesopotamia. Our plum jam is made from Santa Rosa plums. This is one of our most popular flavors, and hard to keep on the shelves! It's wonderful on toast, but you can also make your own plum sauce to enjoy with Chinese food by adding some cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger and garllic. Also great on spare ribs, pork roast or chicken with some soy sauce, honey, garlic and lime juice. As rich in flavor and versatility as it is in history.
