Recipe - Manhattan Meatballs

"Great for a meal with rice or as an
appetizer with toothpicks."
|
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound mild pork sausage
2 cups soft bread crumbs or 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Sauce:
1 (10 ounce) jar E. Waldo Ward's Apricot Preserves
1/2 cup E. Waldo Ward's Barbecue auce
Directions:
1Mix first 8 ingredients together and form
meatballs.
2Brown in skillet, or in oven at
450 degrees for 15 minutes.
3Heat sauce, pour over
meatballs.
4Bake at 350 degrees for
25 minutes or cook in crock pot.
